Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Zelle, Exact Cash, and Credit/Debit Cards (A 2.66% processing fee applies to all card payments.) Deposit • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all single services. • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all double services. • Deposits apply toward your service total. Late Policy • 10+ minutes late = $25 fee • 15+ minutes late = $30 fee After-Hours Appointments • Appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM incur a $30 fee. Double Services • A $35 fee applies to manicure/pedicure combinations scheduled at 4:00 PM or later, or services extending past 6:00 PM. Rescheduling • Reschedule 48+ hours in advance. • Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a new deposit. • One reschedule is permitted per appointment. Booking Reminders • Please book all add-ons (designs, repairs, etc.) at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Canceled appointments forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to book another appointment. • Two consecutive cancellations may result in a booking ban. • Clients who are banned from booking may be required to pay a reinstatement fee before booking future appointments.
